Data Deletion

Self-service, immediate

1. Open CoVibe Music and tap your avatar (on the home page or at the top of a session).
2. Scroll to the bottom of your profile and tap "Delete account", then confirm.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible: account, profile, liked songs and access tokens. Every session you took part in is deleted for all participants, and playlists of those sessions that live in CoVibe Music's Spotify account are emptied and removed. Other participants keep only a notice that the session is unavailable, without your name.

What is not deleted: playlists created in a personal music account (Spotify, Apple Music or YouTube Music) — yours or another participant's — and any copy someone saved or duplicated before the deletion. These live with the music provider, under the account owner's control only. You can delete the ones in your own account there yourself. See the Privacy Policy.

Disconnect one platform

In your profile, each platform has a "Disconnect" button that removes that platform's songs and token only. We also recommend revoking access on the platform side: Spotify, Google / YouTube, and the Apple Music app account settings.

If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] with your username. We delete within 7 days and confirm by email.
